Dr. Ali Ismail - Lead Trainer
Ali Ismail is a Professor of Agro-Food Engineering at the Lebanese University, Faculty of Agriculture. He holds a Ph.D. in Biotechnology and Food Industry from the University of Lorraine, France, and has over two decades of academic, research, and consultancy experience in food processing, biotechnology, and sustainable agro-food systems. He has collaborated extensively with international organizations such as FAO, UNIDO, and the European Union on projects advancing food quality, resource efficiency, and innovation. Prof. Ismail has supervised numerous Ph.D. and Master’s theses and published over 40 peer-reviewed papers in bioprocessing and food industry.
